Each daily serving provides 2,000 mg Myo-Inositol and 50 mg D-Chiro-Inositol in the physiological 40:1 ratio, with active L-methylfolate and Vitamin D3. The two inositol isomers act as second messengers in insulin and FSH signalling, which underlies their study in ovarian and metabolic health in women. Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are stereoisomers with complementary roles in insulin signalling and ovarian function, and the 40:1 ratio mirrors that found physiologically in the body. Take four capsules daily with food and water. The dose can be split, for example two capsules in the morning and two in the evening, to maintain steadier blood levels through the day.
