Frequently Asked Questions
What is Nutrovell Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc with Vitamin D3?
Each two-softgel serving supplies roughly 667 mg calcium, 267 mg magnesium, 6.7 mg zinc and 667 IU vitamin D3. These minerals are paired with D3 because vitamin D is required for efficient intestinal calcium absorption, while magnesium is a cofactor in converting vitamin D to its active form. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
How does it support bone and muscle health?
Calcium is the principal mineral of bone matrix, vitamin D3 governs its absorption and utilisation, and magnesium contributes to bone structure as well as normal muscle and nerve function. Zinc supports the mineralisation process, making this a complementary matrix for skeletal and neuromuscular health.
How should I take it?
Take two softgels daily with your main meal. Splitting the dose across two meals can improve calcium absorption, since the body absorbs calcium more efficiently in amounts of about 500 mg or less at a time.
How soon will I notice results?
Mineral status for bone health changes slowly and cumulatively, so this is a long-term daily supplement rather than one taken for an immediate effect.
How long does one bottle last?
Each bottle contains 120 softgels, a 60-day supply at two per day.
Can I take it with my other supplements or medications?
It contains vitamin D3, so account for it if you also take our standalone Vitamin D3 10,000 IU to avoid stacking. Calcium can bind certain medications, including some thyroid drugs and antibiotics, so separate those by several hours.
Are there any side effects?
High mineral intakes can occasionally cause mild constipation or digestive upset; taking the softgels with food and adequate water minimises this.
Who should avoid it?
Consult your doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or if you have kidney disease or elevated blood calcium. Store below 25C in a dry place.
