Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nutrovell, a brand owned and operated by Clinica LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, in unused condition, and in the original sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Products without original packaging
- Subscription orders
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or free promotional items
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
3. Return Authorization (RA)
All returns must be authorized before shipping. To request authorization:
- Contact our support team at info@nutrovell.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions.
Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival, or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nutrovell.com.
2. Provide photos showing the damage or error.
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no additional cost.
6. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are non-refundable.
