What is Nutrovell Omega 3-6-9?
Each softgel provides a 1,200 mg blend of Fish Oil, Organic Flaxseed Oil and Borage Seed Oil, delivering the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA together with omega-6 (GLA) and omega-9. EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3s that incorporate into cell membranes and serve as precursors to the signalling molecules that regulate inflammatory balance. What do the different omegas contribute?
The omega-3s EPA and DHA support normal heart and brain function and are the most researched of the fatty acids; DHA in particular is a structural lipid in the brain and retina. The omega-6 GLA from borage and omega-9 from the plant oils complete a full fatty-acid spectrum that also supports skin health.
How should I take it?
Take one softgel daily with your main meal to aid absorption and reduce any fishy aftertaste.
