Frequently Asked Questions
What is Nutrovell Ashwagandha & GABA Stress Support?
Each serving provides 500 mg of Sensoril Ashwagandha (a standardized root-and-leaf extract), 200 mg of PharmaGABA and 140 mg of Lemon Balm. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogen whose withanolide constituents have been studied for their influence on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the cortisol response to stress. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
How does it help the body handle stress?
Adaptogens such as ashwagandha are understood to support the body's capacity to maintain equilibrium under stress, in part by moderating cortisol output. PharmaGABA is a naturally fermented form of the calming neurotransmitter GABA, and lemon balm is a traditional nervine; together they are formulated to support a calm, focused state without heavy sedation.
How should I take it?
Take two softgels daily with a main meal. Many people prefer the evening to support wind-down, but a consistent daily time is what matters most.
How soon will I notice results?
Ashwagandha's adaptogenic effects are cumulative; clinical studies typically evaluate outcomes over 4 to 8 weeks of daily use, which is the reasonable window for assessing benefit.
How long does one bottle last?
Each bottle contains 60 softgels, a 30-day supply at two per day.
Can I take it with other supplements or medications?
It pairs naturally with our Magnesium Glycinate or Melatonin in an evening routine. Because ashwagandha may potentiate sedatives and can influence thyroid hormone and blood-glucose levels, consult your prescriber if you take those medications.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Ashwagandha is generally advised against during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and people with thyroid or autoimmune conditions should seek medical advice before use.
Are there any side effects?
It is formulated to support calm without pronounced sedation and is free from gluten and GMOs. Avoid combining it with alcohol, and discontinue use if any unusual reaction occurs.
